IAGA at AutoSec Europe

The 2nd AutoSec Europe conference took place in Frankfurt 19-20th March 2026. The event was organised by TAAS Labs with IAGA co-hosting alongside Shanghai V2X Association. In his opening remarks, John Higgins outlined common themes from recent events at the Munich Cybersecurity Conference and at Mobile World Congress, around the growing need for improved cybersecurity in an AI enabled Era. Rob Wortham explained how IAGA see AI Governance not only as an obligation to manage risk, but also as an opportunity to scale AI innovation and deployment, and to build stronger AI value chains. Rob also outlined the recent IAGA AI Transparency white paper (available on our publications page). Over two days this growing conference covered many topics, from secure boot loading of on-board automotive devices, through post quantum encryption, to the management of automative cybersecurity.
